River Valley Flexo group elects officers
The River Valley Flexo Association elected new officers at its January meeting. The new officers are: President Jim Edwards, of Cincinnati Precision Plate Inc.; 1st Vice President Mike Bracken, of Smurfit Stone; 2nd Vice President Joe McCarthy, of International Paper; Treasurer Leah Stevenson Hooven, Dayton Corp.; Secretary Jim Ollier, The Printing Plant.
The association’s focus is to promote flexographic education in the greater Cincinnati area with meeting programs for those working in the industry, as well as scholarships for local flexographic students.
Meeting dates for 2002 are March 14, May 9, September 12 and November 14.
